Privacy Policy

Walacor Corporation (“Walacor,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to safeguarding the privacy of individuals who visit our websites, interact with us in a business context, or use Walacor services where Walacor determines the purposes and means of processing.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect Personal Data, and the choices available to you.

Customer processing.
Where Walacor processes Personal Data on behalf of a customer in connection with the customer’s use of Walacor services (“Customer Data”), the customer controls that data and Walacor processes it under the customer’s instructions and applicable contractual terms (e.g., a data processing addendum). In those cases, privacy requests should generally be directed to the customer.

  • Directly from you (e.g., forms, emails, demo requests, event registrations);
  • Automatically when you interact with our websites (e.g., cookies and similar technologies);
  • From business partners and service providers (e.g., event hosts, resellers, and marketing service providers); and
  • From customers or administrators who provision accounts for authorized users (as applicable).

4) How We Use Personal Data

We use Personal Data for the following business purposes:

7) How We Share Personal Data

We may disclose Personal Data to:

  • Service providers that support our operations (e.g., hosting, analytics, communications, customer relationship management, support tooling, and security);
  • Business partners (e.g., resellers or event partners) where necessary to fulfill a request, manage an account relationship, or co-host an event—consistent with applicable law;

Certain U.S. state laws provide residents additional privacy rights and require specific disclosures.

  • “Sell” / “Share”: Walacor does not sell Personal Data for money. Some uses of cookies and similar technologies for advertising measurement may be considered “sharing” under certain state laws.
